Contraindications:

History of Eczema, Psoriasis and other chronic conditions.

History of Herpes Simplex infections- Outbreaks may occur when stimulated.

Diabetes - Treatment may proceed if the Diabetes is controlled, patient is cleared by their medical doctor, and all risks associated have been understood and acknowledged by the client. Bruising and delayed wound healing may occur.

Blood thinners - Clients must be off blood thinners for 3-5 days prior to CIT/ Microneedling.

If on any doctor prescribed medications, need to be cleared for treatment by medical professional prior to session.
Absolute contraindication include:

Keloid or raised scarring.

Never work on raised moles, warts or raised lesions

Scleroderma (hardening of the skin).

Collagen vascular diseases or cardiac abnormalities.
