At your first appointment, you will receive a personalized consultation
with one of our trained stylists.
We offer many different styles and curl options. Your stylist will also determine the length and density your natural lashes will be able to sustain.
Be prepared to answer some questions about your current beauty routine, medications, allergies or sun/eye sensitivities.
If you are concerned about a potential allergic reaction to the lash adhesive, no worries! You can have an allergy patch test done.

-
Natural eyelashes grow in and fall out in cycles, which occurs every 60 to 90 days.
-
The average person loses up to 20% of their natural lashes every two weeks and new hair growth is constant.
-
When a natural lash matures and falls out, a new lash has already been growing and quickly replaces the fallen lash. Most of us do not notice this process.
-
At any given moment our natural lashes are at different stages of maturity. Some are just starting to grow in, while others are ready to shed.
-
People typically shed between 1 and 5 natural lashes each day, depending on their individual growth cycles.
-
When eyelashes are extended with quality extensions it will be more noticeable when these lashes shed because they are longer and darker than your natural lashes.
-
The shedding cycle is a healthy part of the hair growth process and should not be cause for alarm.
-
When a trained stylist applies a set of lash extensions, one synthetic lash is attached to one natural lash. You will notice that when your natural lash sheds – so goes the lash extension.
-
If a lash hair is plucked or pulled out before it is naturally ready to shed, it will take a little longer to grow back due to the hair follicle needing to run its normal course.

-
Your natural eyelashes should not get wet for a minimum of two hours; 24 hours would be ideal to allow the adhesive properly to bond to a dry eyelash.
-
Do not use regular or waterproof mascara. Most brands of mascara contain chemical properties and oils that will break down the adhesive. Removing mascara from your lashes can cause the extensions to fall off prematurely as well. If you want to further enhance your lash extensions, we have a specially formulated eyelash extension mascara that is ideal for coating your extensions. Ask your lash stylist for more information.
-
Take special care around the eye area when cleansing your face. Gently cleanse the eye area and do not scrub or rub your eyes. Avoid any type of oil-based product around the eyes. Again, the oils will break down the adhesive and cause the extensions to fall off. Resuming with normal activities is ok (i.e. - face washing). When possible, it is best to wait up to 12 hours.
-
Never use a clamp-style eyelash curler on your extensions. This can permanently damage not only the extensions, but your natural eyelashes as well. Eyelash combs are great for grooming your lashes every morning.
-
Be sure to schedule your fills every 2 to 3 weeks for timely touch-ups. This will keep your lashes looking full and natural, indefinitely!
-
Do not attempt to remove the extensions yourself. Have them removed by one of our professionals.
