Permanent eyeliner is great for creating a more defined and awake looking eye shaped lips for a flawless look that won’t smudge off. The process of PMU Eyeliner is similar to that of tattooing. A machine is used to deposit pigment into the skin similar  as in eyebrow shading. Return in 3-4 weeks for your touchup ($95)
