Service Description

On our scale of 0-5 our Jessners peel is a 4- meaning it is stronger than all other peels but the TCA-and there is noticeable peeling. The Jessners is great for lines, hyperpigmentation, melasma, scars, acne, oily skin and dull skin texture. This is great for all skin types . It is a combination of Lactic (hydrating) Salicylic (bacteria killing and antiinflammatory) and Resourcinol (Hydroquinone=Lightening) Like all peels it dissolves the bonds that hold the dead skin to your face resulting in even and smooth skin while attacking lines, pesky breakouts and dark spots. It is important to under stand that even the stronger peels are not a "one and done" treatment- which is why we recommend them in a series of 6-8. Jessners peels can be done every 2-4 weeks depending on your skin's natural sensitivity level. We recommend receiving your series consecutively every 2-4 weeks in a row, then using professional products at home while breaking from your series- and starting one back up again when you feel your skin could use a refresh! It is always highly recommended to pre and post treat your skin with any chemical peel. ESPECIALLY if you struggle with dark spots.
